Radcliffe set to play young poet

Daniel Radcliffe looks set to play Allen Ginsberg in the thriller Kill Your Darlings.

Speaking to the French Press, Radcliffe said that he would “very likely” be playing the part of the poet in the big-screen adaptation.

Written and directed by John Krokidas, the film follows the relationship between Ginsberg, authors Jack Kerouac, William S. Burroughs and Lucien Carr, who served time for killing his lover in 1944.

Next seen in gothic horror The Woman in Black, Radcliffe’s up and coming film career is far from the wizarding world of Harry Potter.
